Foraging and wild cocktails with Wild Feast

Wild Feast holds local foraging and wild food cookery courses, and is run by experienced tutor Sarah Watson who has first-class plant identification credentials and a passion for using exciting foraged ingredients, wild cocktails being a speciality.

Sarah also makes delicious small-batch preserves featuring ingredients  from Sussex hedgerows – look out for limited batches of these at The Hub.

Rural Courses is run by Michael White. As one of the premier providers of countryside courses in the south east of England, he offers a unique opportunity for people to  learn a wide range of authentic rural skills, in a relaxed environment and beautiful surroundings.

Courses: Wild Food and Foraging, Sausage and Salami Making, Ferreting, Small Game Preparation, Hedgerow Wine Making, Cider Making, Bee Keeping, Bespoke.
