Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Classes
19:30-21:00

These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.  Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. Women can do as many terms as they wish until baby is born to help build muscle memory so that the techniques become instinctive during labour. Plus you feel all the benefits through pregnancy too and gain a strong network of friends. Every Friday morning from The Hub.  A walking group for those affected by their mental health.  Organised and run by personal trainer, Ellie, of WellbeingFIT.  For those of us feeling depressed, anxious or isolated, or simply if you want to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

If you are physically able to walk for 30 minutes, cross-country, then come and give it a try!  The route will be in the countryside surrounding The Hub in Bodiam, and can be suitable for prams if you have a little one (subject to weather).  After an approx. 30 minute walk we’ll gather in the café at The Hub for some friendly company and support.  Simply turn up! £3 per adult (any purchased refreshments will be extra).

Lay back on the grass with a glass of something chilled, let the kids have fun in our new play area and enjoy a feast (and a night of no cooking or washing up!).

Creative, arty fun for ages 1-5 years!  We’ll cover a range of art and craft activities, including block printed cards, collage posters, hand printed keepsake designs and more, with each class based on a book or theme.  Your child will be able to take away their own mini masterpiece!  £6 – all materials included.  Please note parents/carers are required to stay with their children.  Booking essential via Esther: info@artcreators.co.uk.

Designed primarily for those of us feeling depressed, anxious or isolated (but all are welcome!) Walking for Health & Wellbeing

Every Friday morning from The Hub.  A walking group for those affected by their mental health.  Organised and run by personal trainer, Ellie, of WellbeingFIT.  For those of us feeling depressed, anxious or isolated, or simply if you want to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

If you are physically able to walk for 30 minutes, cross-country, then come and give it a try!  The route will be in the countryside surrounding The Hub in Bodiam, and can be suitable for prams if you have a little one (subject to weather).  After an approx. 30 minute walk we’ll gather in the café at The Hub for some friendly company and support.  Simply turn up! £3 per adult (any purchased refreshments will be extra).

Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Classes
19:30-21:00

These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.  Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. Women can do as many terms as they wish until baby is born to help build muscle memory so that the techniques become instinctive during labour. Plus you feel all the benefits through pregnancy too and gain a strong network of friends.
