Running clubs can sometimes feel daunting and cliquey.  Our fun, inclusive running sessions are designed for all levels and abilities, from those who have never exercised before to experienced runners/triathletes who enjoy the atmosphere, motivation, qualified instruction and social side of group running.  We (Dean and Hazel from Forever Tri) tailor each session to suit each person, nurturing and coaching you toward your goal. Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Classes

These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.  Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. Women can do as many terms as they wish until baby is born to help build muscle memory so that the techniques become instinctive during labour. Plus you feel all the benefits through pregnancy too and gain a strong network of friends. Running clubs can sometimes feel daunting and cliquey.  Our fun, inclusive running sessions are designed for all levels and abilities, from those who have never exercised before to experienced runners/triathletes who enjoy the atmosphere, motivation, qualified instruction and social side of group running.  We (Dean and Hazel from Forever Tri) tailor each session to suit each person, nurturing and coaching you toward your goal. Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Classes

These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.  Classes can be started from 14 weeks of pregnancy and are taught over a six-week term. Women can do as many terms as they wish until baby is born to help build muscle memory so that the techniques become instinctive during labour.
