Wellness at The Hub

Here at The Hub we’re blessed with such a tranquil and stunning countryside setting that lends itself perfectly to wellness.  That’s why we’re continually growing our wellness offering, with everything from yoga, Pilates and Nordic walking to spa treatments, massage, physiotherapy and counselling.

Our Hub family encompasses a wonderful team of highly qualified practitioners, each passionate about delivering a range of therapies specially tailored to suit your needs.

Our unique shepherd’s hut spa is your safe and nurturing space to relax, unwind, offload, rebuild and nourish yourself.

Why not pop into The Hub for a coffee or a smoothie and ask us about what’s on offer here, or take a look at our practitioners’ profiles for more information and booking details.
