Sussex Falconry are proud to offer a bespoke level of experience, where you can hands-on fly high-performance display birds, under the supervision of knowledgeable falconers who will share the stories of the myths, legends and history that surround birds.
Established in 2003, Sussex Falconry now have a collection of 21 birds. Being fully licensed and completely mobile, they can provide falconry at all levels.

Kate Schuricht is an established British ceramic artist working in raku and stoneware.
After graduating in 1996, Kate was selected for an international ceramic residency in Japan, where she worked alongside established Japanese, Korean and American artists. On her return, Kate set up her business at Cockpit Arts, London, where she was based for nearly 10 years. She now works from a studio at home in West Kent.
A Professional Member of the Crafts Potters Association, Kate has completed commissions for a number of private and public collections, including British Airways, the British Embassy in St Petersburg, Craftspace and Cowley Manor. Her work is collected worldwide and features in several printed publications and films. Kate also teaches masterclasses and one-to-one short courses.

Daisy Birthing is a weekly antenatal class for expectant women to help you enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing baby and body and prepare for a confident birth.
These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.
Classes are supportive of all birth choices and are adapted to suit (and in many cases help with) most pregnancy conditions and ailments. Just as suitable for first as fourth babies!

At the Art Creators Workshop we explore the process of creating beautiful, personal pieces of art using different techniques, materials and methods depending on the age group.
The Mini Art Creators is a class for pre-school children (ages 1-5 years), where we mix colours, creating letter and shape collages, handprinting tree posters, making play dough tea parties and creating some beautiful block printing cards, whilst having lots of fun! It is a relaxed class where your little ones can enjoy the whole art process and take home a mini masterpeice at the end of each class.

Foraging and Wild Cocktails with Wild Feast
Wild Feast holds local foraging and wild food cookery courses, and is run by experienced tutor Sarah Watson who has first-class plant identification credentials and a passion for using exciting foraged ingredients, wild cocktails being a speciality.
Sarah also makes delicious small-batch preserves featuring ingredients from Sussex hedgerows – look out for limited batches of these at The Hub.
