Massage

Our resident massage therapist Kim Harlott offers a fabulous range of treatment options. From Indian head massage to relaxing hot stone massage and more. Kim also offers facials and shiatsu. Kim uses only natural, organic products from Neal’s Yard, for a luxurious, toxin-free treatment. 

Diet Therapy

Food for Growth was set up in November 2018 by Elaine Greenman. Elaine is a registered Dietitian who after 8 years in the NHS is now practising Freelance. After completing her first degree (Food Science) on 1997, Elaine spent approximately 10 years in the food industry. She then decided to combine her knowledge and technical experience gained with a desire to work in healthcare and graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2011 with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics. 

Elaine has since gained experience in adult nutrition and dietetics but specialises in Paediatrics (Children). Elaine has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London and continues to provide bank support at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. 

Essential Oils for Health & Wellbeing

A really beautiful gift for friends or family, or for yourself. Qualified aromatherapist Karena Rathbone Ariel runs personalised essential oils sessions in addition to the regular group workshops she runs here at The Hub. Make your own personalised blends to boost your health and wellbeing naturally.

Karena can also do massage. 

Boot Camp

A high intensity outdoor-based class aimed at improving all aspects of fitness.

Hosted by Sarah, a local personal trainer and coach who has worked in the industry for 17 years. Sarah is passionate about health and fitness and believes in the benefits of exercise for all, not only for the body but also for the mind. As well as the gym, Sarah enjoys playing netball and loves trail running in our beautiful part of the world.

Wellbeing Fit

Founded by Ellie and inspired by her own personal experience of mental health, we at WellbeingFIT believe that the stigma of mental illness should be more widely challenged and freely spoken about. Based in Ticehurst, East Sussex and the surrounding areas – we are a passionate fitness business aiming to help those suffering with mild-moderate depression and anxiety.

We offer 1-1 & small group personal training sessions and run a group exercise class called TogetherFIT. Our key difference? Your mental health and wellbeing is at the forefront of their design.

Counselling

Annabel makes what could feel like a daunting experience relaxed, supportive, warm and natural – just like you were opening up to a close friend. (Albelt one who is non-judgemental and a qualified Humanistic counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)). Whether you’ve had counselling before or are considering trying it for the first time, we cant recommend Annabel highly enough.  

Physiotherapy

Weatherly Physiotherapy is led by Kate Weatherly. Established in 1982 by Liz (Kate’s mother), Kate joined the practice in 2007. 

Kate qualified from King’s College London in 2004 with an MSc in Physiotherapy. She has subsequently gained experience in all areas of physiotherapy but specialises in musculoskeletal problems, with a specialist interest in lower limb arthritis and joint replacement. Kate has previously worked at Hawkhurst and Benenden Hospitals and continues to work alongside the orthopaedic and physiotherapy teams in East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. 

Yoga

Jodie is the founder of Thrive Wellbeing Studio (formerly T2T Fitness and Yoga) and is passionate about yoga and wellbeing and supporting you through your journey, whether that is dipping in to yoga or working to really develop and deepen your practice.

With a variety of classes to suit all levels, Jodie’s style of teaching is inclusive and tailored to suit each individual; whether you’re new to yoga and need extra support and guidance or whether you’re experienced and looking for deeper stretches and more challenging poses.

Daisy Birthing

Daisy Birthing is a weekly antenatal class for expectant women to help you enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing baby and body and prepare for a confident birth.

These women only classes provide you with a holistic toolkit of techniques for you to call upon throughout your labour, meaning you can be empowered to make informed choices that are right for you, whatever birth you are planning and however your birth plays out on the day.


Classes are supportive of all birth choices and are adapted to suit (and in many cases help with) most pregnancy conditions and ailments. Just as suitable for first as fourth babies!

Beck's Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
