Jodie is the founder of Thrive Wellbeing Studio (formerly T2T Fitness and Yoga) and is passionate about yoga and wellbeing and supporting you through your journey, whether that is dipping in to yoga or working to really develop and deepen your practice.

With a variety of classes to suit all levels, Jodie’s style of teaching is inclusive and tailored to suit each individual; whether you’re new to yoga and need extra support and guidance or whether you’re experienced and looking for deeper stretches and more challenging poses.


Mindful Yoga – Mondays 11:30 – 12:45

Maybe you’re new to yoga and wish to experience what everyone is raving about or maybe yoga is already a part of your life in some way but you wish to deepen your practice.

This class is suitable for all abilities, including seniors.

Jodie’s classes focus on creating space in the mind and body, allowing them to function at their best.

Let Jodie welcome you with open arms and create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to let go of the ego and tune in to your inner self.

– Maybe you need to let go of unwanted thoughts and emotions that hold you back in life.
– Maybe you need to release built-up tension from your muscles and joints.
– Maybe you need to start taking back control by building a strong and stable body and mind.

All sessions will include mindfulness meditation, breath work and yoga poses (asanas).

You’ll require a mat and a blanket for the final relaxation (please let Jodie know if you wish to borrow a mat).

£10 per session if block booked.

Body Sculpt – Mondays 13:30 – 14:30

Incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Barre to bring you the ultimate full body workout.

Using your own bodyweight or resistance bands to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body.

Suitable for all abilities as modifications provided.

£5 per session if block booked.
£7 for drop ins.

Power Yoga – Wednesdays 12:00 – 13:00

Power Yoga brings together all the best yoga postures for improving cardio stamina, building strength and improving flexibility.  Combine them in a flowing sequence for the ultimate cardio and fat burning workout!

No yoga experience necessary, however, expect to get that heart pumping, muscles burning and build up a good sweat!

All classes will include:
A dynamic warm-up
Main cardio & fat burning section
A dynamic cool-down
Final mindfulness relaxation

£10 per session if block booked.
